BENSENVILLE, Ill. (Sept. 13, 2026) — The engines will be revving, the cornhole bags will be flying and the classic rock will be cranking when the Bensenville Park District brings the 2026 Live at White Pines series to a high-octane finale with Cars, Cornhole & Cocktails from 2-5 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 11, at White Pines Golf Club, 500 W. Jefferson St. in Bensenville. Drive-up begins at 1 p.m.
Free and open to the public, the fall favorite will turn the White Pines Pavilion parking lot into a Sunday afternoon playground for car lovers, music fans, cornhole competitors and anyone looking for a fun way to enjoy the season.
Guests can check out a showcase of classic cars, toss some bags in a friendly game of cornhole, grab a bite to eat or cocktail and enjoy live classic rock from Chicago-area band Joker’s Rival. The event combines all the ingredients for a memorable fall afternoon — cool cars, cold drinks, great food and plenty of rock ’n’ roll.
“Cars, Cornhole & Cocktails is the perfect excuse to put the Sunday to-do list in park and enjoy an afternoon at White Pines,” said Andrew Godfrey, PGA general manager at White Pines Golf Club. “Whether guests come for the cars, stay for the music or discover a new love for cornhole, there will be plenty happening from start to finish.”
Joker’s Rival is known for high-energy performances of classic rock hits spanning the ’60s through the ’90s. The Chicago-area band features Rev. Dave Miller on lead vocals, Chris Wicklas on drums, Joshua Miller on bass and vocals, Brian Stuhlmacher on guitar and vocals and Jeff Schneider on keyboards, guitar and vocals.
The band’s setlist features crowd favorites from artists including Led Zeppelin, Foo Fighters, AC/DC, Queen and Cheap Trick, along with hits such as “Jump” by Van Halen and “Working for the Weekend” by Loverboy. With a mix of nostalgia, energy and sing-along favorites, Joker’s Rival is ready to turn up the volume and keep the crowd rocking.
