The White Pines Golf Club’s two 18-hole championship courses (east & west course), situated on over 260 acres, has been a favorite among Chicago area golfers since 1928. The facility, owned and operated by the Bensenville Park District, is an excellent choice for players of all skill levels in DuPage County. Whether it’s a casual round with friends or an outing or league, White Pines Golf Club offers the perfect setting. Our scenic facilities are sure to make our guests feel like they are “away from it all.”

The White Pines Golf Club Pro Shop is open year round (weather permitting) and staffed with professionals that would love to help you take your game to the next level. The White Pines Golf Club Pro Shop is equipped to meet the needs of every golfer, regardless of age or skill level.
Banquets & Events
The convenient location just west of Chicago, and 260 acres of beautifully maintained grounds and clubhouse amenities, makes White Pines Golf Club the ideal setting and perfect venue to host your next event. 37 Bar & Grill

Rules
General Course Rules & Regulations
- All golfers must register in the golf shop prior to start of play
- Only two players are permitted per golf cart.
- Riding on the back, sides or any are other than the designated seats is strictly prohibited.
- Outside alcohol and personal coolers are strictly prohibited; only alcohol purchased at White Pines Golf Club is permitted on the premises.
- Outside food is strictly prohibited.
- Please follow all posted signs and directions provided by golf staff.
- Golfers are responsible for any damage caused by their golf ball if it leaves the boundaries of the golf course.
- Golf carts must stay away tee boxes and greens.
- Dress Code: Proper golf attire is required, generally including shirts with sleeves for men. Shirts and shoes must be worn. No metal spikes are allowed. No swim wear, tank tops or shirts with profanity.
- In the event of lightning, golfers should clear the course.
- Pace of Play: Slow play is not tolerated. Groups are expected to keep up with the group ahead.
- Golfing is limited to authorized hours ½ hour after sunset.
- Only persons 12 and older are allowed on the course unless accompanied by an adult or given prior authorization from White Pines Golf Club staff.
- No firearms or weapons are allowed.
- Rangers may enforce a 10-stroke maximum from tee to hole.
- Rangers and authorized park district agents have the authority to enforce all rules and regulations.
- No private golf carts other than those available at White Pines Golf Club.
- Non-golfing spectators must pay daily cart fee.
- Errant Golf Ball Policy:
Errant golf balls are an inherent risk of the game of golf, and the White Pines Golf Club and Bensenville Park District cannot completely eliminate the risk of errant golf balls, including the risk of personal injury or damages to personal property. As such, Bensenville Park District and White Pines Golf Club assume no responsibility for any such injuries or damages.
The White Pines Golf Club and the Bensenville Park District are committed to making the golf course and practice range as safe as reasonably possible despite the inherent risks associated with the game of golf. Any person using the golf course/practice range is expected to exercise the highest degree of sportsmanship, etiquette, caution, and consideration for others and their property. All golfers are responsible for their actions while on Bensenville Park District property.
If you experience personal injury or damage to personal property due to an errant golf ball leaving the golf course property, you may accompany a golf course employee onto the course/ practice range and attempt to locate the person who may have hit the errant ball. If you do not take this option, it may be difficult for you to later locate and identify the offender. Please note that employees are not responsible for accusing or identifying anyone who may have hit the errant golf ball. It is solely your responsibility to exchange contact and insurance information with others involved. The golf course staff will assist you, but they are not responsible for verifying the accuracy of the information. A complete report will be created for the incident. - Each golfer agrees to hold. Indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Bensenville Park District, its agents and employees from any amend from any and all liability arising from the golfers usage of the golf course.
- Violation of the rules, regulations, golf etiquette, park district ordinances, or abuse of the golf course is cause to deny use of the facility, present and future.
White Pines Practice Area Rules
- All shots must be played from range mats only
- Do not hit golf balls over the nets
- Only one person allowed in range stalls at a time
- Practice balls or baskets may NOT BE REMOVED from range
- Use of outside golf balls is strictly prohibited.
Driving Range Rules
- Range closes 30 minutes after the posted final bucket sold time.
- Please keep golf balls within the range boundaries.
- Only range balls purchased at White Pines Golf Club can used on the driving range.
- Keep a safe distance when walking behind the tee line.
- Please hit only in the designated areas.
- No practice swings except in the tee area.
- Stay in the designated tee area.
- Do not go forward of the tee.
- Please do not aim at the ball picker machine.
- Please pick up baskets and keep the area clear of trip hazards.
- Patrons are responsible for any personal injury or property damage.
- Anyone under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
- Range balls and baskets are prohibited from leaving the driving range.
- Alcoholic beverages are not permitted on the range unless purchased at the clubhouse. Outside alcohol and personal coolers is strictly prohibited.
White Pines History
1928 – First 18-hole course was built by Illinwek Fields, Inc.
1929 – Second 18-hole course was built by Illinwek Fields, Inc.
1935 – Branigar Organization takes over management of course.
1939 – Clubhouse on Church Road officially opens April 15.
1956 – White Pines Men’s Club was organized.
1967 – Bensenville Park District purchases White Pines.
1972 – Bensenville Park District takes over management of course.
1972 – White Pines hosts the 17th Annual Chick Evans Tournament.
1972 – White Pines hosts the first Tommy Kouzmanoff Mid-America Women’s Amateur Classic.
1973 – White Pines hosts first Boy/Girl Junior Tournament in history.
1977-79 – Re-design of all 36 holes. Ten new greens and new watering system completed.
1980 – New Club House completed and old Club Room demolished with the exception of the Pine Room.
1990 – Pine Room is designed for banquets.
2014 – The Club Room Restaurant is redesigned to include a bar area with additional seating to the restaurant and patio. The new downstairs dining room is now called 37 Bar & Grill at White Pines.
2016 – A climate-controlled pavilion tent is erected to accommodate corporate and social events for up to 350 guests.
