White Pines Golf Club has been host to many successful events for over 50 years and have helped raise money for an array of clubs and organizations. White Pines Golf Club can accommodate outings from 24 to 350 players and offers a variety of golf outing packages. This allows event planners to customize their golf outing package that is the best fit for their group. The convenient location and utilization of over 240 beautiful acres also makes White Pines Golf Club an easy choice to host a memorable and successful golf outing.
Full service golf outing packages offer many options that include scoring, flag events, driving challenges, Pro Shop certificates, food and beverage options, and/or exclusive access to the White Pines Banquet Hall, which can accommodate up to 260 guests.
Smaller or specialty groups may also create a customized package to appeal to their specific event. Accommodations for smaller groups are available in the Clubhouse Conference Room which is perfect for 24 to 40 guests or our Pine Room (located off of Church Road) offers a cozy location for 24 to 80 guests and has great course views.
The tented pavilion offers a larger space with the ability to accommodate a guest list of up to 350. The climate-controlled tent is nestled on golf course grounds and offers a scenic view of the pond with its waterfall and fountain. A secluded patio off the west side of the tent provides the perfect spot for guests to mingle. The tented pavilion is available for golf outings during the months of June through September.
