Find your perfect fit! Fitting days return in May

Bensenville, Ill. (April 22, 2026) — Golfers looking to fine-tune their game can take advantage of upcoming custom club fitting days at White Pines Golf Club, where industry experts will bring the latest equipment and data-driven analysis directly to the course beginning in May.

The season tees off with a TaylorMade Golf fitting experience from 10 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. on Sunday, May 17, followed by Callaway Golf performance fitting from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, May 30. Additional fitting dates will continue throughout the summer, offering golfers multiple opportunities to experience the latest in golf technology with the guidance of expert club fitters.

Hosted by the White Pines Pro Shop, these special fitting days use a data-driven approach to analyze each golfer’s swing and match them with equipment designed to maximize distance, accuracy and consistency by using advanced swing analysis and performance metrics. Golfers of all skill levels are encouraged to participate, whether they are new to the game or looking to fine-tune their current setup.

Experts agree that custom fitting is one of the most effective ways to improve performance on the golf course. Whether golfers are seeking longer drives, tighter shot dispersion or fewer putts, properly fitted clubs can deliver measurable results in a short amount of time. Fittings are especially beneficial when current equipment no longer complements a player’s swing or fails to produce consistent outcomes.

“Today’s golf technology is incredibly advanced, but it only works if it’s properly matched to the individual golfer,” said White Pines PGA Head Golf Professional Bill Roper. “A custom fitting takes the guesswork out of the equation and ensures each club is working with your swing, not against it. Custom fittings are one of the smartest investments a golfer can make to quickly achieve measurable gains on the course.”

From increasing driving distance to improving shot dispersion and lowering scores, properly fitted clubs can make an immediate impact. Golfers are generally encouraged to update their full set every two to three years, with more frequent adjustments for grips, loft and lie as needed.

Besides the May 17 and May 30 events, the 2026 fitting days schedule includes June 20 (TaylorMade), June 26 (Callaway), July 18 (TaylorMade) and July 25 (Callaway), with sessions starting at 10 a.m. and ending at 2:30 p.m. for TaylorMade and 2 p.m. for Callaway fittings.

Advance registration is required for all fitting sessions. To secure a spot, visit WhitePinesGolf.com/fitting.
